Through education sessions, underwriting projects, speaker events, and socials, members build real skills in analyzing properties and deals, and get feedback from people working in the industry.
We welcome students from every major and experience level. You do not need prior real estate experience to get involved.

Who can join GREA?
Any UCSB student interested in real estate is welcome. No prior experience is required. Start by filling out our interest form.
Do I need to be an Economics or Business major?
No. Our members study Economics, Accounting, Financial Math and Statistics, Communications, and more.
I'm not sure I want a career in commercial real estate. Is GREA still for me?
Yes. The concepts carry over to personal investing, residential real estate, accounting, and finance. Plenty of members join out of curiosity.
